The conversation starts at 60 seconds. Some items add time, always with a cap — nobody stretches a call forever.

Not by Wynvi. In private, video and audio travel straight between the two phones. The other person can still use their own device to capture the screen, so don't share sensitive information.

The Stage is public, broadcast and recorded. The audience can watch, react and vote. The app shows a specific warning before you go in.

It's random. We account for your language, who you've blocked and who you just met — but you can't pick a specific person.

Wyns are virtual credits used for gifts, effects, missions and power-ups inside the app. They aren't money, they earn no interest and they can't be converted back into money.

During the call and right after it, use the safety menu. Blocking prevents future encounters; reporting sends the reason for review and lets you attach evidence.

No. The app is for people aged 18 and over, only. If you suspect an account belongs to a minor, report it.

Open Settings in the app and choose "Delete account". We also explain the process on the Delete account.
