Deleting means
actually ending it.

Deletion lives inside the app itself and asks for confirmation, so it can't happen by accident.

From the app

Four steps.

  1. Open your profile and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Type your password and the confirmation word shown on screen.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

Can't get into the app?

Write to [email protected] asking for deletion. To protect the account, you'll need to confirm your identity before anything is erased.

Before you delete

This can't be undone. Wyns, items and progress stop being available. If your request has to do with a purchase or a safety issue, consider talking to support before going through with it.
