1. What Wynvi is

Wynvi is an app for 60-second video calls between people who don't know each other. There are private conversations, with no audience and no recording by Wynvi, and Stage mode, which is public, broadcast and recorded.

2. Minimum age

You must be 18 or over. The date of birth you provide must be truthful. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be removed for review.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for actions taken on your account. Do not share your password or access codes. Tell Wynvi if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Conduct

Sexual content or nudity, harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, exposure of personal data, exploitation of minors, coercion, and any behaviour that puts another person at risk or in distress are not permitted. See the Community guidelines.

5. Private conversations

In a private conversation, picture and sound travel directly from one device to the other, which may reveal each participant's internet address to the other. You may not record, publish or redistribute the other person's image without authorisation.

6. The Stage: public and recorded

By choosing to enter the Stage, you agree that people in the app may watch, react and vote. The broadcast is recorded, and excerpts may be used in accordance with the consents and documents in force. That authorisation does not automatically extend to private conversations.

7. Wyns, items and purchases

Wyns are virtual credits for use inside the app. They are not currency, an investment or a bank balance; they earn nothing and cannot be converted into money. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase. In-app purchases are processed by the official app stores.

8. Moderation

Reports may lead to warnings, precautionary suspensions or other measures. Permanent closures require review. Wynvi may disconnect accounts to protect people or keep the service running.

9. Availability

Connections depend on the internet, your device, camera, microphone and the availability of other people. We do not guarantee finding someone immediately, nor uninterrupted operation.

10. Deletion and closure

You may delete your account in the settings. Wynvi may also restrict or close accounts that breach these terms. Some records may be kept for as long as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention and the defence of rights.

11. Changes and contact

Relevant changes will be communicated. The official channel is [email protected]. Wynvi is operated by Paulo Vinicius Vieira de Candido, an individual.
